2jet reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, 2jet will provide notice via email to your registered address or a prominent notice on the Platform. Continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms shall be construed and governed in accordance with applicable law. 2jet will endeavour to resolve all complaints within ten (10) business days of receipt. If a complaint cannot be resolved through the internal process, the parties may seek resolution through binding arbitration or such other dispute resolution mechanism as may be agreed upon in writing by both parties.
Nothing in this clause shall limit either party's right to seek urgent injunctive or other equitable relief from a court of competent jurisdiction.
